NytroGene ships within the United States.
Processing & methods
Orders are fulfilled and shipped in real time, without a per-order manual review, by standard (non-cold-chain) domestic shipping. Tracking is provided on every order.
Do not return any product unless NytroGene has asked you to. If a return is requested, the address is in the Refund & Return Policy.
Packaging
Shipments use plain outer packaging, with no product names on the exterior. Signature confirmation may be required on higher-value orders.
International & customs
International shipping requires additional compliance review and may be unavailable. All shipments are labeled research-use-only with accurate documentation.
